What's the point of Today's Lancia?
It's sad really to see an automaker as talented as Lancia now only making things like this or the Ypsilon.

Sadly no... It really is a rebadged Chrysler.

No, That's a Lancia Thema.
They also had The Lancia Voyager and Lancia that i forget it's name but based on Chrysler 200.

No, That's a Lancia Thema.

Ahh so they are built to look the same basically?
![]() 05/13/2014 at 01:17 |

Well, they're rebadged Chryslers. I wonder is this even necessary.
![]() 05/13/2014 at 01:18 |

Didn't know that.

Yeah..
And to makes things more weirder, Chrysler also sells a Rebadged Lancia Ypsilon (Chrysler Ypsilon) in UK and Japan. Why?
![]() 05/13/2014 at 01:38 |

I imagine the Chrysler name holds more prestige in Japan and the UK than Lancia. Most Chryslers that made it over there were high-end luxury cars, much nicer than the average "unreliable" Lancia.

There is no point other than making clear the great Marque of Lancia is at it's very end. This states nothing less then 'No more development of new cars'.

It does look sort of like the previous Lancia Thema, though. So at least there's that.

See?
Even with rusty metal they can made something awesome like the Stratos or Delta. Imagine what they can do with proper metal.

I was just thinking about this a couple of days ago... I came out of a store, and I noticed a 200 convertible parked next to my car. It was hard not to notice, as that's a very rare car here + it was white and looked brand new. Then I walked closer and saw the badges. It was a Lancia Flavia.

Daaaamn.
Was it based on previous generation 200?
![]() 05/13/2014 at 07:12 |

Yes...

Except an old lady in Britain brought them to their knees. As much as I hold some or little respect to the two cars, at least Chrysler brought them some sense.

Well..
To be honest i still kinda want this thing to be restyled a bit, lancia style, not only slapping their badge on it.

They should never be allowed to design another car considering the Beta.

But they're pretty..
